Whistleblowing

Longhi Srl has adopted a whistleblowing disclosure management system, in compliance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and the relevant transposing laws, those of the Organisational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 and the internal anti-corruption regulatory tools.

The systems aims to protect individuals who submit disclosures, also anonymously, regarding violations of national or European Union law that harm the public interest, the integrity of public administration entities or private enterprises, and which they became aware of within the workplace.

Longhi Srl places a digital channel at the disposal of its employees, customers, suppliers and stakeholders that enables them to disclose and report such conduct in a confidential manner, whilst guaranteeing anonymity and identity protection. Disclosure reports must be circumstantiated and submitted in good faith, in order to allow the detection of any irregularities, and be assessed and verified by the duly identified functions within the company. Prompt appropriate corrective measures will be put in place, aimed at preventing any economic or reputational damage.
