Deconstruction of a black baking line no. 2: the baking line consists of a chimney (H=75 m), flat granulator building consisting of reinforced concrete beams, pillars and ceilings, 2 electrofilter units, 140 m long rotary kiln with a diameter of 5.50 m, refractory inner cladding and a cooling grid. The flat granulator building was cut into 6 parts using electrical equipment equipped with diamond-dressed wire: each cut element (beams-ceilings and pillars) was removed by means of a 300 T tracked crane (element weight 140 T) and placed on the ground for subsequent demolition with an excavator equipped with a hydraulic crusher.
